Every community has its own story. We undertake a careful two-year listening and co-design engagement project with schools and community organisations in every place we work.

This listening phase builds deep awareness of the unique local contexts and circumstances of the places in which children and young people live and grow. Understanding these contexts allows us to deliver localised, tailored support that meets the needs of young people, their families and their communities.
