Our people

Louisa is the Chief Executive and one of the founding team of AllChild. She led the co‑design and launch of our community‑led system of support in West London in 2015 and has overseen its expansion across London and Wigan. She was awarded an MBE in the 2024 New Year Honours List for services to children and young people.

Ben leads the teams responsible for communications, finance and compliance, people and culture, facilities and systems. He supports organisational development, strategy and business planning and brings legal, commercial and charity leadership experience to AllChild.

Jaime has more than twenty‑five years’ experience across education and the charity sector, with a focus on prevention. She began her career as a teacher and has led large‑scale safeguarding and mental health programmes nationally. She was awarded an MBE for services to education in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.

Claire leads our people and culture work, ensuring AllChild is a values‑led organisation where people feel supported, respected and able to do their best work.

Tom leads our finance function, ensuring robust financial stewardship in support of our work. He brings over 25 years’ experience across the technology and aviation sectors, where he was responsible for directing finance teams.

Mark leads AllChild’s work across West London, building strong partnerships with schools, councils and community organisations to strengthen early‑action support across the local area.

Fay leads AllChild’s strategy and impact functions, bringing together data, learning and evidence to strengthen our model and keep us focused on long‑term outcomes for children and young people.

Chris leads the development of new partnerships and new places to support AllChild’s growth. He brings over ten years of experience across the charity and social impact sector, including national programme leadership at FareShare UK.

Jenny oversees AllChild’s work across Wigan, working closely with schools, councils and delivery partners to ensure children receive high‑quality, joined‑up early‑action support.

Freddie leads AllChild’s work on social outcomes partnerships. He first joined the charity in 2016/17 and helped secure our first major outcomes‑based partnership with DCMS in 2019. He returned to AllChild in 2022 to lead public sector income and became Partnerships Director in 2023.

Phoebe leads AllChild’s work across East Sussex, currently working in partnership with schools, councils and community partners across Hastings to strengthen early‑action support for children and young people.

Former Chairman of Man Group and Prudential plc. He is the Chairman of Big Society Capital and an experienced backer of innovative social projects, especially those working with children and young people.

Victoria Hornby is CEO of Mental Health Innovations. From 2011 to 2017, she was Director of Programmes at The Royal Foundation. Before that, she was a Senior Executive at the Sainsbury Family Trusts and CEO of an international development charity. Victoria started her career as Field Director of an aid agency in Eastern Europe. She is a trustee of the Westminster Foundation, the Bridges Impact Foundation, the Lady Garden Foundation and the Dunstone Education Trust. She is also an adviser to the Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust.

Beth is Principal, Head of Primary and Designated Safeguarding Lead at King Solomon Academy (KSA), an AllChild partner school. In 2019, she was the in-school lead for AllChild’s first cohort in the school. Before joining KSA, Beth was a secondary school English teacher and leader in multiple schools in London.

Carlos is the Director at Becauze, a Community Interest Company that aims to bring people together through community events, tackling issues such as environmental problems and changing mindsets. He is passionate about dealing with social issues that hamper young people achieving their potential. Carlos grew up and attended school in West London, and now works for the civil service in a youth engagement and diversion department in the area, helping to shape the models used to engage with young people.

A chartered accountant and formerly COO of New Philanthropy Capital, Jocelyn moved to the charity sector after a career in finance. She is also Treasurer of the young migrants’ charity, We Belong.

Farial is the Community Engagement Manager at Imperial College. She was born and grew up in West London where she continues to be a Community Champion building trusted relationships, and has received several awards as a testament to her dedication. Previously, she worked at AllChild where she joined as one of the first-ever Link Workers, based in Phoenix Academy for our Pilot in 2015. In this role, she helped to shape the programme and role, and then progressed to become the Deputy Head of Link Work.

A Partner at Goldman Sachs since 2008, and currently leads its equity franchise in EMEA. John joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 and has worked in London, and New York, where he supported the Harlem Children’s Zone. He now lives in West London with his family.

James is Director of Strategy and Innovation at Wigan Council and has spent his career at the heart of some of the most innovative approaches to re-imagining public services . Part of the team that developed the Wigan Deal, James has recently led a whole place evaluation, reflection and re-set with the communities of Wigan Borough. This work culminated in the development of a new community-led movement for change 'Progress with Unity' as the foundation for the next decade of reforms in Wigan Borough. James' is particularly interested in how public services work effectively alongside communities but crucially know when to get out of the way and focus on creating the conditions for communities to thrive with the effective transfer of real power and resources to do so.

Former CEO of the innovative social business Catch22, Chris originally trained as a social worker and spent much of his early career working in the criminal justice system. Over his career he has become increasingly interested in how to reset public services so that they can become more agile, relational, entrepreneurial, and more local. As well as his trustee role at AllChild he is a Non-Executive Director of Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust, chairs Catalyst Choices and Jobs22, and is a Non-Executive Director of Big Society Capital. He is also a trustee of Unlocked Graduates.

Lydia is Group Director of Food & Beverage for Rocco Forte Hotels. She is responsible for the performance of the group’s food and beverage offerings, overseeing the overall strategy, developing new restaurant and bar concepts for the group in Italy, Germany, UK, Belgium and Russia and maintaining the quality of food and service across each hotel. In addition to being a member of the Development Board for AllChild, Lydia is also on the re-opening committee of the National Portrait Gallery and is a judge and trustee for the Gold Service Scholarship, the UK’s most prestigious Front House of award.

Robin is a Partner at Permira, in the Services sector, based in London. He joined Permira in the TMT team in London in 1999 and, after completing his MBA at INSEAD in 2001, spent three years in the Frankfurt office before returning to London.

Chris Caulkin is a Managing Director and Head of Technology for EMEA at General Atlantic. He also serves on the firm’s Portfolio Committee. Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2011, Chris worked at Warburg Pincus in London for four years where he concentrated on investments in the media, technology, and business services sectors.
