Our funding model

Data-driven,
partnerships led

We believe in working together. Our model allows us to provide effective, sustainable support by blending funding from both the public and private sectors.

We're funded on proven results and outcomes - investing in what works, to drive real, measurable change for every child and young person.

Our funding model

Our funding model works in two ways. We use collective funding to connect the public and private sectors. We pool resources to make a bigger impact than any one organisation could alone. By working together, costs are kept low for local authorities, schools and public funds.

We also leverage social outcomes contracts, working in partnership with our funders to demonstrate our impact in every place we work. Instead of funding a set number of workshops, one-to-one sessions or experiences, we're funded on our outcomes. For example, improvements in school attendance or social and emotional wellbeing.

By focusing on the change we create, it means we can get creative and be flexible on how we get there. Every child and young person benefits from innovative, personalised support - reflecting their strengths and ambitions.

All local

By pooling funding as an independent organisation, one that's known and trusted by families, AllChild truly embeds support in the community - whilst still helping to drive a shared vision for each place.

All as one

Everyone deserves a seat at the table. We include schools, Early Help, and local government as partners to drive meaningful collaboration within communities, and ensure that families experience a connected network of support.

All in

With vital support from philanthropic donors, we can test new approaches that have the potential to shape future public policy. We're data-driven to evaluate every step of the journey, allowing innovators to join us early in the process.

All agreed

Our ambition is to encourage and embed local system change. So we co-design a place-based framework and agree outcomes in every commmunity we work in. Our funding is tied to proven results and agreed goals, protecting resources while empowering our communities.
