We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen by management consultancy firm, Be | Shaping the Future UK (Be UK), as their Charity of the Year for two years with activities starting in the summer term.
Be UK is a management consultancy based in London; working with its clients, predominantly global banks, payment providers and other financial institutions, to shape their future through its transformation and advisory consulting services.
Based in the City of London, Be UK is the UK subsidiary of the Be | Shaping the Future Group, an international business and technology consulting company. Striving to be a more sustainable business, they are passionate about caring for the people and the environments they operate in and have chosen to nominate West London Zone as their Charity of the Year as part of their commitment to delivering better outcomes for young people in London.
“We are impressed with the extent of the work that West London Zone does with children and young people in unequal areas of London and it’s great to see the impact this can have on their lives. We are therefore delighted to be partnering with West London Zone and look forward to providing the organisation as well as the children within their programmes the support they need to thrive.”
Chris Cardwell, CEO at Be UK
We are very proud to have been chosen as Be UK’s Charity of the Year. The two-year partnership will allow us to deliver valuable opportunities and experiences for young people on the West London Zone programme and our staff. As well as committing to staff fundraising, Be UK have confirmed they will be able to facilitate workplace experience for our post 16 students and will be offering strategic advice on branding and comms in line with our future growth plans.
“Be UK’s commitment to two years of support is very generous and very welcome. We are delighted to have the opportunity to share our work with such a dynamic organisation and whether fundraising, sharing professional skills or providing career development opportunities – working together we can support children and young people in London to build the relationships and skills they need to get on track socially, emotionally and academically, helping them to thrive in adulthood.”
